Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.  We only accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit.  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email fiestainthekitchen@gmail.com within 15 days of the order date.  Upon receipt of your email, we will respond and make sure your replacement is sent out promptly.  If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.  Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
